About CHANGE
Community Health Awareness Network Grows Equity (CHANGE) is an immigrant-led, community-based organization in Worcester, Massachusetts, dedicated to advancing health equity for African immigrant and underserved communities. Founded in 2018, CHANGE helps individuals navigate healthcare systems, access vital resources, and make informed decisions through culturally responsive education, outreach, and health promotion. By bridging gaps in knowledge and access, CHANGE empowers families to lead healthier, more confident lives. We envision a future where immigrant communities are informed, engaged, and equipped to navigate the healthcare system and achieve lasting wellness.
