CHANGE Global Outreach advance health equity through prevention, early detection, and access to essential healthcare services in Liberia and across African nations. Centered on women, children, and underserved communities, we provide free, culturally responsive health screenings and education that reduce barriers to care and support long-term wellness.

Our key focus areas include preventive screenings, maternal and child health, behavioral and mental wellness, and community health education. Services provided include blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, vision screenings, maternal and child health education, behavioral and mental health workshops, dental hygiene education, and breast and prostate cancer education. Through partnerships with local providers, we connect individuals to primary care and follow-up services, strengthening community health systems and creating sustainable pathways to care.
