Grace Ibe is a seasoned project professional with over a decade of diverse experience in finance, administration, and project coordination across both multinational and development sectors. Grace first joined CHANGE as an intern, where her strategic insight and dedication to community health quickly made her an indispensable part of our mission. She holds dual master’s degrees, including an MBA from the University of South Wales and a Master of Science in Project Management from Clark University, bringing a high level of operational excellence and international expertise to our leadership team.

Currently, Grace serves as the Program Coordinator for CHANGE’s Healthy Habits Initiative, a vital after-school health education program tailored for middle and high school students. Her work focuses on equipping the youth of Worcester with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed, life-long health decisions. By combining her professional discipline with a passion for community development, Grace plays a pivotal role in shaping culturally responsive programming that empowers the next generation to thrive.
