Alero Aikhuele is a mission-driven public health leader with over seven years of extensive experience across community health, healthcare, and human services. As a Program Manager at CHANGE, Alero specializes in health promotion, advocacy, and equity-driven program implementation. Her professional background is defined by a proven track record of leading community-based initiatives, managing complex cross-sector collaborations, and supporting grant development. With a Master of Health Science in Community and Global Health from Clark University, she applies a data-informed, community-centered approach to building sustainable health programs that resonate with the populations we serve.
In addition to her management role, Alero serves as a Lead Certified Application Counselor (CAC) for MassHealth. In this capacity, she is a frontline advocate for health access, assisting community members in navigating the complexities of enrolling in, renewing, and maintaining health insurance coverage. Alero is particularly dedicated to serving culturally and linguistically diverse populations, working tirelessly to address systemic disparities in healthcare outcomes and service delivery. Her work is central to CHANGE’s mission of reducing barriers to care and ensuring that every individual has the resources necessary to achieve optimal health.
