Basic health care that many of us take for granted can be hard for others to access. We work in collaboration with key partners to address the health access and equity needs of rural underserved youth and adults.

Immigrants make up growing percentages of workers as Caregivers in the healthcare industry. Our organization has programs that provide the appropriate and necessary skills and tools to equip Caregivers so they can give the best possible care. Our programs include:

Graceful Aging
At Graceful Aging, we provide services that are effective in Engaging Seniors in activities that promote Healthy Living while preventing loneliness, inactivity as well as depression -related problems that may arise from a sense of isolation and disconnection from society. We offer:
- Provide education on (blood pressure, blood sugar self-monitoring, Stroke, etc.)
- Education on diet, nutrition, and exercise
- Gender approach health awareness events
- Facilitate Community social events
- Field trips
